4-channel High-power Amplifier for Underwater Communications

1. Power Amplifier Input:

1). Operating frequency: 100 kHz – 120 kHz

2). Voltage range: 0–3 V (peak-to-peak)

3). Signal type: CW/LFM (Continuous Wave / Linear Frequency Modulation)

2. Power Amplifier Output: (Four independent power signal outputs)

1). Voltage: 0–1000 V (peak-to-peak)

2). Impedance: 50–200 Ω (determined by the actual transducer impedance)

3). Power: 1.5 kW (peak-to-peak)

3. Operating mode: Pulsed operation

4. Power supply: 380 VAC

5. Protection functions: Output over-current and over-temperature protection, with status indication

6. Control functions: Startup and shutdown capability

7. Cooling method: Conduction cooling
