FAQ

  • Q What's our adavantage of underwater connectors?

A We also independently own hot vulcanization and cold vulcanization technology for underwater connectors, it breaking through the bonding and sealing problems of polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone rubber, and fluorine rubber, and we have the ability to integrate the design and production of different types of load-bearing cables and load-bearing plugs. Hot vulcanization has good adhesion and sealing properties, and its water permeability is one order of magnitude higher than that of cold vulcanization. Hot vulcanization requires pressure vulcanization, and it is not easy to generate bubbles and dark bubbles inside. It is the preferred choice for high-pressure sealing and has a long service life. Cold vulcanization is suitable for products that are not suitable for pressurization or heating, temporary or one-time short-term shallow water usage, and the operation is simple, convenient and fast. We provide professional solutions and on-site services to industry customers.
  • Q What's the types of underwater connectors?

A We independently owns the core technology of underwater connectors and provides various types of underwater connectors and accessories such as signal, coaxial, high voltage, high current, optical fiber, and wall penetration, including round, micro, metal shell through-chamber, flat, and ethernet connectors and other full range of underwater connectors. The maximum working water depth is 7000 meters (withstand voltage test); materials can be selected from rubber, GRE fiberglass, CA630 copper alloy, stainless steel 316L, titanium alloy TA2, TC4 and other materials, which can meet the needs of customers for signal and power transmission in various complex environments.  Each set of connectors generally includes male and female connectors, installation wires, locking covers, protective plugs, etc., and can be customized to meet the diverse needs of customers. The company provides watertight connectors with an ultra-short production time of 20 working days and a cost-effective standardized series of stocks products. It accepts customized services on demand .
  • Q What's the advantage of our production ?

A We independently developed acoustic transducer products cover a full range of hydrophones, transmitting transducers, transceiver transducers, sonar array transducers and ultrasonic transducers, covering overflow rings, flextensional and curved discs. and composite materials, etc., achieving full coverage from low to medium frequency to high frequency, from shallow water to 10,000-meter water depth, and can be widely used for listening and homing detection, communication networking, positioning and navigation, seabed surveying and mapping, forward-looking side scanning, industrial and medical ultrasound and other types of acoustic equipment. We also has strong research and development capabilities in subsea connectors. The products are compatible with mainstream models of imported brands such as SubConn and SeaCon, The main product series are experiencing pressure test after 8000 meters , the performance is excellent. Customers include CSSC, Chinese Academy of Sciences, universities, colleges and private enterprises. The company provides an ultra-short delivery time of 10 working days for underwater connectors and 20 working days for acoustic transducers, providing industry customers with a standardized series of products, as well as comprehensive personalized customization and domestic alternative solutions.
  • Q Piezo Ceramics is the core material for hydrophone or not ?

A At the end of the twentieth century, lead zirconate titanate (PZT) compounds were widely used in underwater acoustic transducers. The main constituents of early hydrophones were piezo materials. Gradually mechanical elements were integrated with piezo material to improve the sensitivity. The development of suitable piezo material for underwater applications is still a research trend. Today, most piezoelectric hydrophones are still based on piezoceramic or piezopolymer.
  • Q What's the different frequency ranges of hydrophones ?

A The frequency spectrum for hydrophone applications ranges from below 10 Hz to several MHz . Hydrophones can be divided into three general categories based on the operating frequency range and applications required. Hydrophones developed for infrasonic applications and capable of measuring tens and hundreds of Hz, Hydrophones for ultrasonic applications capable of measuring up to several MHz, and low frequency hydrophones that can sense from a few tens of Hz to several kHz.
