1.circular underwater connectors

4. Vulcanization Service

We have mastered the hot vulcanization and cold vulcanization technologies independently, and have broken through the difficulties of bonding and sealing of polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone rubber, and fluororubber. We have the ability to design and manufacture different types of load-bearing cables and load-bearing plugs in an integrated manner. Hot vulcanization has good adhesion and sealing properties, and its water permeability is one order of magnitude higher than that of cold vulcanization. Hot vulcanization requires pressurized vulcanization, and it is not easy to produce bubbles and dark bubbles inside. It is the first choice for high-pressure resistant seals and has a long service life. Cold vulcanization is suitable for products that are not suitable for pressurization or heating, temporary or one-time short-term shallow water use, and is simple to operate, convenient and fast.
