CGQSF20-40K
20kHz-40kHz Cylindrical Acoustic Transducers for Underwater Communications
We independently developed acoustic transducer products cover a full range of hydrophones, transmitting transducers, transceiver transducers, sonar array transducers and ultrasonic transducers, covering overflow rings, flextensional and curved discs. and composite materials, etc., achieving full coverage from low to medium frequency to high frequency, from shallow water to 10,000-meter water depth, and can be widely used for listening and homing detection, communication networking, positioning and navigation, seabed surveying and mapping, forward-looking side scanning, industrial and medical ultrasound and other types of acoustic equipment.
Specification:
Conductivity and capacitance curves
Measuring the conductivity and capacitance curves of the transducer.
Transmitting voltage response and sound source level
Measuring the voltage response and sound source level of the transducer, where the sound source level in the frequency band of 20kHz to 40kHz is not less than 185dB.
Receiving sensitivity
Measuring the receiving sensitivity of the transducer, and the maximum value in the frequency band is not less than -180dB.
Horizontal directivity
Horizontal omnidirectional, measuring frequencies 20kHz, 30kHz, and 40kHz.
Vertical directivity
Not less than 50°, measuring frequencies 20kHz, 30kHz, and 40kHz.
Working depth: 100m.
Measurement data
After the transducers are subjected to 1MPa/0.25h, 0MPa/0.25h, 1MPa/0.25h, and 0MPa/0.25h hydrostatic pressure tests, the insulation resistance between the transducer cores is greater than 200MΩ, and the insulation resistance between the core and the shell is greater than 200MΩ. The acoustic properties measured after the hydrostatic test are as follows.
